Shipping Policy
At Perfumsarabics, we promise to ship your orders within 24 to 48 business hours of order confirmation. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the following business day.
Insured shipments
All of our shipments are insured, meaning your order will be protected in case of loss or damage during transit.
In case of loss or damage, we will refund or replace it at no additional cost to you. If your product is broken, defective, or damaged, you must notify us by email at info@perfumsarabics.com within 24 hours of receiving it .
Please include a description of the damage and clear photographs demonstrating the damage so we can verify insurance coverage.
Delays in deliveries
We work with third-party shipping companies, so while we strive to ensure fast and secure deliveries, exceptional delays beyond our control may occur.
All our customers will receive a tracking number to keep track of the status of their order at all times.
Failed deliveries
A failed delivery can occur for a variety of reasons: incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or logistical reasons.
In these cases, the customer must contact the shipping company directly using the tracking number provided. If the order is requested to be delivered to a different address after a failed attempt, the customer will be responsible for safekeeping, exempting Perfumsarabics from any subsequent liability.
